Successfully participation of our Russian agent CTAPR in Moskow.
Everywhere in the world handicapped people in wheelchairs are confrontated by obstacles when they try to move. They feel limited in their mobility and they are unable to participate in public life. Therefore, it was quite neccessary to show that there are solutions which can help to overcome these obstacles - as for example stairs. CTAPR took this oppertunity to inform handicapped people and social authorities, as well as all other people who are involved in that problem. |
